Terms & Conditions
In this section you will find the conditions governing enrollment in the Dual Diploma™ Program, with all the information relating to services, enrollment methods, responsibilities and applicable conditions.
See the AIS version of this Enrollment Form
Enrollment and payment terms
To complete enrollment in the AIS Dual Diploma™ Program, students must pay a one-time Enrollment Fee, which grants access to the admissions process and the required admission test.
The Enrollment Fee is payable only once. If the student does not pass the admission test or is unable to attend the scheduled testing session, they may take the test again during a future available session without being required to pay the Enrollment Fee again.
The Enrollment Fee must be paid at the time of submitting this enrollment form through one of the available online payment methods, including credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Enrollment is considered complete upon submission of the form, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and successful payment of the Enrollment Fee.
The agreement governing participation in the AIS Dual Diploma™ Program is deemed executed at that time, provided that the student’s actual admission to the academic program remains subject to passing the admission test and fulfilling all other Program requirements.
Students may officially enroll and begin coursework in the AIS Dual Diploma™ Program only after successfully passing the admission test.
Following admission, the family will receive invoices for the Program’s annual tuition, divided into two semester installments, each corresponding to 50% of the annual tuition amount.
Tuition payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer, using the account details and payment deadlines specified on the invoices. Tuition payments cannot be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Each semester invoice is issued before the start of the corresponding academic term, and payment must be completed by the due date indicated on the invoice.
The issuance of invoices and related payment deadlines constitute performance of the agreement already entered into upon enrollment and do not create separate or independent contracts.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its execution, without providing any reason.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the agreement is considered executed upon completion of the online enrollment process, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and successful payment of the one-time Enrollment Fee.
Accordingly, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on that date and does not run from the date of the admission test, the student’s enrollment in the Program, the issuance of invoices, or the commencement of classes.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by submitting written notice to amministrazione@materdoppiodiploma.it within the applicable period.
If withdrawal is validly exercised within the statutory period, any amounts already paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Once the withdrawal period has expired, the Enrollment Fee becomes non-refundable. However, students who do not pass the admission test or do not attend the scheduled testing session may retake the test without paying an additional Enrollment Fee.
Cancellation policy – Grace Period
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the AIS Dual Diploma™ Program offers families an additional Grace Period following the start of academic activities.
Should a family decide to withdraw from the Program after the student has successfully passed the admission test, written notice must be sent to amministrazione@materdoppiodiploma.it within five (5) calendar days of the official start date of classes for the applicable academic year.
If notice is received within that period, the family will be entitled to a full cancellation of the first semester tuition charge and will not be required to make payment. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
This Grace Period is an additional benefit provided by the Program and is separate from, and in addition to, the statutory right of withdrawal.
If withdrawal is communicated more than five (5) calendar days after classes begin, the tuition for the semester already in progress will remain due in full, even if payment installments had previously been arranged.
Any agreed payment plan does not alter the deadlines governing voluntary withdrawal from the Program.
In the event of withdrawal, tuition for future semesters that have not yet begun will not be due.
