The exam that gives you access to your U.S. High School
To officially join the AIS Dual Diploma™ Program, students must complete and pass the admission test. If you are unsure whether you have the necessary B1 level of English proficiency, you can assess your skills with one of our free practice tests before taking the official admission exam.
Start the Dual Diploma with your current English level!
Students can take the admission test during one of the enrollment sessions offered throughout the academic year, typically in September and January.
Based on the session selected, our team will provide all the necessary information regarding the test date, time, and location.
The admission test consists of multiple-choice questions designed to assess English grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension at the B1 level. Based on their results, students are placed in the English course that best matches their proficiency level, ensuring a personalized learning experience and a pathway tailored to their individual needs and goals.
How to take the practice test and receive personalized feedback
- Before starting the test, complete the screen with your personal details and enter DUAL DIPLOMA in the “company” field.
- On the same screen, choose to send your test result to the Inlingua Center in Verona (Italy).
- When asked whether you want the result sent to an Inlingua center of your choice, answer “Yes” and select Italy – Verona from the dropdown menu.
- The test begins at an intermediate level. Do not worry if the first questions seem difficult: the test adapts to your answers, increasing or decreasing in difficulty according to your previous responses.
- The test takes approximately 30 minutes. When you complete and submit all questions, we can review your level, strengths and areas for improvement and help determine whether your English is suitable for the Dual Diploma™ Program.
- Once you have completed the test, call or e-mail us; we will review your results and provide you with a personalized report, including recommendations and guidance on the most suitable next steps.
